Britney Spears Leaves Deposition

BRITNEY SPEARS finally arrived to give her second deposition in her custody battle with KEVIN FEDERLINE. At least this time she did appear - and stayed for a whole 13 minutes - after missing several appointments for the interview. Britney appeared in a white Mercedes-Benz SL65 with friend/manager Sam Lutfi at 10:40 a.m. She was wearing a dark blue top, jeans and a "serious expression."

Earlier this month, she arrived almost two hours late to a scheduled meeting and stayed for only about 15 minutes. She had her visitation rights withdrawn and the court last Monday declined to restore it. She can try again at the next court date scheduled for February.
